The writers of the ECCF are a collection of students and early career professionals drawing from an array of expertise in climate change adaptation and the climate sciences. Many, are current Ph.D. students actively pursuing their research as they look forward and prepare for future careers in the field. Others, are early career professionals and researchers in academia, non-government and government positions. All, share a passion for networking, collaborating and sharing insights with each other and those interested in climate adaptation and the climate sciences.
