Toni Klemm

Toni is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Geography and Environmental Sustainability at the University of Oklahoma (OU). He works at the South-Central Climate Science Center (based at OU) and uses social science methods and spatial statistics to develop monthly and seasonal climate forecasts tailored for the agricultural community in Oklahoma. Toni graduated in 2011 with a Master of Science degree in Geography from Dresden University of Technology in Germany (minoring in meteorology and cartography), and he has previously worked as a professional photographer and journalist. He is a member of the American Meteorological Society (AMS) and the Society of Environmental Journalists (SEJ).
